Coffee Butter Steak w/ Pomme Maxim

Coffee Butter Steak and Spinach by Reuben

The pomme maxim broke on the flip so you only see one end in the picture. The coffee butter steak was brilliant though. First time trying a pre-sear and was impressed how quick the finishing sear was.
