Absolutely delicious. These have this unreal shell of salty sugar around the outside. I will probably dial back the salt levels next time, by 2-3% as I found them a tad salty for my palette. Easy to make, although I will also probably grate frozen butter, mix with other butter block ingredients and form that onto chilled dough instead of making the butter block (found this step a bit difficult). Regardless 100% worth trying
