In this twist on one of our favorite preparations—tartare—we grill up fresh-from-the-market veggies hibachi-style and pair them with mild, high-grade ahi tuna. This bright, healthy dish is a perfect afternoon snack to munch on with homemade potato chips or rice puffs—or makes a lovely, light meal for summer nights. And when summer inevitably slips away too soon—you’ll always have this dish to bring back those sun-kissed, warm-weather feelings.
