For most people, the most challenging cooking project they’ll ever undertake is preparing an entire Thanksgiving meal from scratch. But you’re not most people.Turkey and all the sides? Child’s play. Tack on a pie? Sure thing. Making the bread that goes into the stuffing? You’re on all day.Well, we’ve got a challenge for you. The Ultimate ChefSteps Thanksgiving meal has everything you’d expect from a full T-Day spread, but with every lever and knob cranked to 11. For example? The sous vide turkey’s served with gravy, but it isn’t just any gravy: it’s Turkey Jus Gras, enhanced with our delicious Holiday Herb Oil. Ok, let’s do one more: You’re going to make your own holiday-themed aperitif—Cran-pari!—and mix up a batch of Cran-pari Negroni Sbagliato, the perfect sipper to go along with the meal. And since we know that whoever you’re inviting over is going to want to bring something, tell them you have it all handled, but if they really want to bring something over, they can bring some pie. Yes, you’re making a pie, too, but you can never have enough pie at Thanksgiving.WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
