My Joule came today, this is my introduction to sous vide, so pardon my ignorance. Only have time to play with some eggs tonight, and have a question. The instructions have you cook the first time for 8min, and then it says if you chill them then cook again for 15min to the temp you cooked them before. 15 min, is that correct?
