Nothing beats having friends over for homecooked food, but a few things can easily ruin it. Like spending all of your time in the kitchen and not being able to enjoy any of the fun, for example. It’s your party—don’t you want to actually see the people you invited? Grant has the perfect fix for summer dinner parties and day-long events with people eating at different times: beer bath sausages. This super-easy beer bath process is as simple as “set it and forget it.” Just place your brats (<a href="https://www.chefsteps.com/recipes/homemade-sausage-like-a-master-with-a-master">preferably homemade</a>) into a delightfully German bath of beer, mustard, and onions and let them hang out until you’re ready to chow down. No overcooking. No slaving away in the kitchen. Just perfectly done, warm brats waiting for a bun. Plus, you get to drink the extra beer! WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
