If there’s anything that hammers home “convenience is king,” it’s a breakfast sandwich. Making one is easy, but most people just buy them on the way to work. Even just <a href="https://www.chefsteps.com/recipes/precision-scrambled-eggs">scrambling a couple eggs</a> feels like a lot most mornings. We get it! <s>Stars</s> Chefs—they’re just like us! That’s why we came up with these silky-smooth baked egg patties, the make-ahead cheat code to killer at-home egg sandwiches, any day of the week. Get into meal prep mode and bake up a batch when you have time on the weekend, as a gift to future, time-strapped, hungry you. You’ll thank us later.
