Since we first showed you how to make your very own high-performance wood-fired backyard brick pizza oven (for less than $50), a lot has happened. We’ve seen so many epic builds, pizzas, and fun from our community—and a lot of great questions, too. (Make sure to check out our new Q&A video in the original pizza oven activity.) We’re back for pizza oven 2.0—but this time, we’re focusing on cooking tons of epic dishes that aren’t pizza. The high-heat oven is ideal for everything from broiling to baking to slow-roasting. And since these ovens are incredibly efficient and retain heat well, you could easily cook a few of these—plus a couple of pizzas, if you really want—in a single day.
