Approximately 40 street taco-sized tortillas

So, you’ve made fresh masa dough. Now what? Transform that magical masa into the tastiest tortillas for tacos or burritos! The world of tortillas is wide and vast. We personally prefer to eat a bunch of tacos—different fillings, different salsas, different flavors. So we don’t fill up too fast (and can therefore eat even more tacos), we like to make smaller tortillas that are about 4.5 to 5 inches in diameter. (This is the cute little “street taco” size.) We’ve also included options below if you’d like to make a standard size for tacos or fajitas.
