Picture this: It’s Tuesday morning, and you’re rushing to get ready for work where you’re on deck first thing for a big presentation. You’ve got to shower, chug a big cup of coffee, and get out the door, stat. There’s a lot on your mind, but what you’re really thinking about is a breakfast sandwich.

You don’t have time to make a detour to your favorite café, but you don’t need to. Because you thought ahead over the weekend and made a batch of Silky Baked Egg Patties, the secret weapon for weekday, hands-off breakfast sammies.

Pop one of the patties into the oven with a bun or English muffin, hop in the shower, and then assemble the easiest, tastiest egg sandwich ever. You are a multitasking breakfast champion. Go forth and power point at those deck slides like a pro.
