We heard you. After we published Microwave Frenzy, many of you requested a recipe specifically for the eggs. Here you go. Microwave ovens might be the best method for making scrambled eggs because the cooking that happens in them is super localized. The microwaves that are at work in your microwave oven are small, targeted, and follow precise patterns. Whisked eggs are a massive liquid. When you cook them in a microwave for 30 seconds, then take them out to stir, you are not only checking to see their doneness on a regular basis, but you are also giving each part of that liquid a chance to be hit by those tiny waves. Having a microwave means you can make creamy, scrambled eggs quickly, at just the consistency you want.
