Have you ever had a “tiramisù emergency”?We have. Sometimes, you just need dessert. And, sometimes, you really need that dessert to be tiramisù, because what the doctor ordered is something rich and creamy, shot through with the bold and darkly acidic notes of good espresso. This tiramisù recipe will get you exactly that in just 30 minutes.

Unlike our Tiramisù Icebox Cake, this one won’t set up in the fridge enough to portion into clean slice with razor sharp lines; unlike our Ultimate Tiramisù, this one doesn’t require fancy silicone molds and a paint gun.
