We use this intense syrup to create our Root Beer Float Cryosicles, a pretty sick modernist creation that came out of our development kitchen. The syrup amps up the three classic root beer components—sassafras, sarsaparilla, and wintergreen—for an over-the-top, truly unforgettable flavor. If cryosicles aren’t your jam, drizzle this stuff atop ice cream or sorbet, freeze into a popsicle, mix into meats for braising, or work into your favorite cocktail. If you love root beer, you’ll never run out of uses for this intense concoction. Tell us all about those uses in the comments, and share some pictures too. We can’t wait to see what you come up with.
