Oh yes, it was quick! I rehydrated the seaweeds and marinated them in sweet soy, lime juice and a couple of drops of sesame seed oil. The whole process took less than half an hour. Texture of the salmon is so great, especially when I put it away in the fridge over night after the 3 minute cure.
