I learned to cook in graduate school. As a scientist I began to experiment with different flavors and spice and focused on different ethnic foods like Indian and Asian cooking. Over the years i expanded my portfolio but mainly stuck to a simple traditional techniques for food preparation. I now want to expand my technical abilities and explore new areas.
