Coffee Ribeye

Coffee Butter Steak and Spinach by Matthew Wilson

1. Coffee rib eye done at 55C/131F 2. Spinach with sorrel. I couldn't find any red ribbon sorrel and I haven't started growing my own yet. 3. Fingerling potatoes... leftovers that I re-fried to crisp and warm.
