If you have a Studio Pass membership and see a paywall notification when you are trying to access Studio Pass content, please try the following:

1. Double check that you are logged in to chefsteps.com under the account that was used to purchase your Studio Pass subscription. If you used an Apple ID, Google or social log in when you made the Studio Pass purchase, please make sure to log in the same way each time.

2. Refresh the page once or twice to see if that gets you past the paywall notification.

3. If the two steps above did not resolve the issue, please try clearing the cache. You will need to log in again, and then you should be able to view the recipe. Instructions for how to clear the cache on different browsers are below.
