Waiting for the freshly made marzipan ice-cream and salted caramel sauce...

The bananas came out well. However, they needed more water when I opened the pot up to flip them as there was nothing left in there but gooey, almost burnt caramel and butter. I put another 50 g of water and they came out delicious.
