3-Way Chuck Roll

The three-way chuck roll is composed of three separate cuts: the chuck eye roll, the under blade center cut, and the splenius muscle that elevates the cow’s head and neck. The three cuts are packaged individually but sold together in the same container. This cut is geared toward retailers, as it saves labor on their end but still supplies the major parts of the chuck.
