Beef Back Ribs

Back ribs are the ribs on a prime rib roast. These seven ribs have flavorful intercostal meat (meat between the bones) that comes alive when braised or barbecued. Though these ribs are typically peeled by your butcher, occasionally you may have to remove the membrane yourself.
