Quiche Vosgienne

I'm happy with this! Even if I do say so myself. My Quiche isn't quite the same as the recipe...it has bacon lardons, thyme, and Gruyere cheese. But since I don't much like Leeks or onions in my quiche I left them out. I think I'll caramelize a side of onions for my husband in case he would have preferred it to have had leeks. Baked in a Miele oven using the "Fan Plus" setting at 165°C until internal temp. of 78°C.
