Salmon Mi-Cuit w/ Wasabi & Dill Cream

Couldn't find good horseradish, substituted with a Wasabi/Dill Cream and garnished with the salmon's skin (roasted), and fennel (sliced bulb and chopped fronds). Was made for a party so I portioned them smaller and presented each piece on a thin slice of lemon to add a bit of zest. More at https://afrotoast.wordpress.com/!
