Everything was flawless on the directions. However, because I was stranded with only white wine in the house, I changed the recipe but used the same techniques learned here. I used cinnamon and fresh vanilla of course, and added a touch of saffron. Of course, for extravagance, I added gold leaf to make it shine. Thanks guys for the recipes...this was seriously so much fun to make and a huge hit at the dinner table.
